Mr. Coger has been
in the executive search field since 1992. He has successfully conducted search assignments in high technology including optical
networking, network attached storage, storage area networks, eCommerce and dot.com companies, and most other areas of technology.
Mr. Coger began his search career with Heidrick & Struggles in the Boston office where he was an Associate with the Financial Services Practice. He worked on the team with
John Allen, leader of the Financial Services Practice for three years until 1996 when he left Heidrick to join a regional
boutique executive search firm and get involved in the rapidly growing area of high technology. Mr. Coger focused the bulk
of his efforts in the technology sector and in 1999 he rejoined Heidrick & Struggles in the Lexington Massachusetts office formerly knows as Fenwick Partners.
Mr. Coger was in
the center of the eCommerce and Internet revolution with Heidrick & Struggles working with many of the biggest names in
the business at the time including CMGI, Akamai Technologies and many other dot.com and eCommerce companies. Additionally
he has extensive experience with financial services, manufacturing, industrial and services companies.
Prior to entering
the field of Executive Search, Mr. Coger was a Compliance Examiner with NASDAQ and the National Associate of Securities Dealers,
Inc. He began his career as a marketing representative with Fidelity Investments.
Mr. Coger holds
an MBA from Anna Maria College and a Baccalaureate of Science from the University of Tennessee.
