ParadigmShift,
formerly known as Tsunami Partners was formed in 2001 by Dal
Coger. Dal has been in the executive search business
since 1992 and has worked at several retained executive search firms in the greater Boston area including
The Onstott Group, Kiradjieff & Goode, Sullivan Associates and most recently Dal was with Heidrick & Struggles the
world's largest and most respected executive search firm.
Over the years
Dal came to discover what clients of executive search firms are really seeking in their executive search consultant: Personal
attention, a true business partner, responsiveness and an Executive Search Consultant who will go the ‘extra mile’
and has a desire to create ‘raving fans’ not unlike Barry and Eliot of Jordan's Furniture fame. Executive
